CANCELLATIONS. For cancellations made 48 hours prior, 50% of the amount paid for the transportation services will be reimbursed. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will not apply for reimbursements. No reimbursements will apply for NO SHOWS at the time of the tour. All reimbursements shall be made only with previous authorization of the Direction, and will be made with the same payment method used for purchasing the service. This voucher is the proof of payment for the services hired. In the event of not showing this coupon at the time of request, no reimbursement will apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES VIAJES CARIBE MAYA, S.A. DE C.V. or its representatives act only as agents for suppliers and other services providers, and shall NOT be responsible for any loss, damage or accident, schedule changes or any other irregularity that may arise because of force majeure reasons or caused by third parties. The services hired will only be provided when this voucher is shown; otherwise, VIAJES CARIBE MAYA, S.A. DE C.V. shall not be responsible if the service was not provided.

AT THE TIME OF BOARDING In order to take part of the excursion, it is mandatory to show an official ID that confirms identity of the reservation holder: - Passport – Driver’s license – Draft card - Visa, etc. Boarding schedule will be provided by the representative, both verbally and stated in this voucher. Please arrive on time at the designated meeting place, as there is zero tolerance at the time of boarding.In case of NOT boarding due to a delay, NO reimbursements will apply.

ACCEPTANCE The act of registration or purchase implies TOTAL acceptance of the aforementioned conditions.

Transfers

For cancellations made 48 hours prior, 50% of the amount paid for the transportation services will be reimbursed. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will not apply for reimbursements. NO SHOWS at the time of the transportation service will not apply for reimbursements. The whole service payment will be held as penalization for NO SHOWS or cancellations without anticipation. All reimbursements shall be made only with previous authorization of the Direction, and will be made with the same payment method used for purchasing the service. This voucher is the proof of payment for the services hired. In the event of not showing this coupon at the time of request, no reimbursement will apply. NO SHOW For Hotel – Airport departures, the assigned vehicle will wait 15 minutes MAXIMUM after the designated pick up time. In the event that the clients are NOT ready, it will be deemed as NO SHOW and the whole charge will be applied with no reimbursement.
