Medications with a medical prescription can enter after a registration process. If you suffer from a respiratory or cardiac condition, we recommend contacting us before your visit at the following email address: tickets@cocobongo.com.

It's not possible. We don't deliver tickets to a person other than the cardholder; therefore, we require the cardholder to be present in person and show a government-issued photo ID, the same card used for payment, and the electronic confirmation of the ticket purchase. Once the validation process is completed, we can deliver the tickets. These measures are for your own security and prevent others from committing any illegal actions with your banking information.

The Regular ticket grants you admission to enjoy the show and includes service of domestic drinks and a snack. We have a common area for Regular ticket holders, where you can order drinks with our waiters or simply walk to the nearest bar. GOLD MEMBER and FRONT ROW tickets have access to a special area with limited capacity and you can enjoy drinks from the premium menu. The GOLD MEMBER area is located on the upper level of the venue with a preferential view of the show. FRONT ROW is on the same level but with front-row seating.
