Viajes Caribe Maya is dedicated to providing exceptional travel experiences to our valued clients. To ensure clarity and fairness in managing cancellations and rescheduling of tours and transportation services booked through our online platform, we have established the following cancellation policy.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Timeframe:
Clients may cancel or reschedule their tours and transportation services by submitting a formal request via email to onlinereservations@caribemaya.com.mx at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity. This policy applies to all reservations made through our online platform.
One-Time Free Rescheduling:
Clients have the opportunity to reschedule their tour or transportation date once without incurring additional costs. This one-time free rescheduling privilege is provided to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, allowing clients flexibility in adjusting their plans.
Subsequent Rescheduling:
If a client wishes to make more than one change to their tour or transportation date, a fee of $20 USD per change will be applicable. This fee covers administrative costs associated with multiple adjustments, ensuring the efficient operation of our services.
Reimbursement Not Applicable without 24 Hours Notice:
If a client does not notify the cancellation or changes at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service, no refund will be applied.
Refund Process:
Refunds for cancellations made within the stipulated timeframe will be processed promptly. However, please note that Viajes Caribe Maya reserves the right to deduct the cancellation fee from the refund amount.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Request Procedure:
To formally cancel or reschedule a booking, clients must submit an email to onlinereservations@caribemaya.com.mx. Our customer support team will acknowledge the request and guide clients through the process.
Viajes Caribe Maya reserves the right to amend this Cancellation Policy as necessary, and any changes will be communicated to clients through our official communication channels.
