Underwater World, considered one of the best tours if you visit the Riviera Maya and Cancún, begins when we arrive at one of the most beautiful bays in the Mexican Caribbean to see the stunning marine life in their natural habitat.

We will visit an exclusive cenote, a sacred place for the ancient Mayan civilization. There, we will swim and explore one of the incredible underground caves of the Yucatán Peninsula. We will have the opportunity to appreciate the ancient formations of stalactites and stalagmites, which play with the rays of light filtering through the small openings in these limestone caves—a true masterpiece of nature.

If it is determined that an activity is impossible to carry out (due to bad weather or other reasons), the tour will be postponed and rescheduled. Our team will do everything possible to find the appropriate solution for each customer. If it's not possible to reschedule the excursion, the customer will receive a refund.

If the customer does not show up for the reserved tour or decides not to participate in certain experiences, it cannot guarantee the right to a refund.
